Rechargeability has become more and more important during the last few years. Today almost everyone uses devices like smartphones, tablets, and laptops, which are charged regularly. In our lives, rechargeability has become indispensable and normal. And new technologies for rechargeable solutions have allowed us to gradually reduce the size of the batteries without losing performance.

Bernafon Offers Power For The Entire Day

What seemed to be far off in our industry in the past is now possible today: Bernafon offers power for the entire day with the environmentally-friendly and high-performing lithium-ion rechargeable battery using contactless inductive technology.

Your customers can forget about changing batteries with the new Viron miniRITE T R hearing aid. The device is a slim and elegant receiver-in-the-ear instrument with two push buttons on the outer part of the housing and a LED indicating the status of the battery. It fits discreetly behind the ear and offers high comfort as you may be able to use a vented earpiece.

Your customers can wear the hearing aid during the day and charge it overnight. In three hours the long-lasting, Li-ion battery is 100% recharged and a full charge lasts up to 24 hours. If one only has a limited time of 30 minutes available for recharge, then the hearing aid will still have enough power for approximately 6 hours.

A Unique Hearing Experience

Besides the great advantage of rechargeability, the Viron miniRITE T R delivers a unique hearing experience. It features True Environment Processing™, the latest Bernafon technology. True Environment Processing™ makes it possible to detect sound in real-time and understand speech more easily, even in very challenging listening situations*. In addition to this, Viron miniRITE T R can connect to the majority of smartphones and may be used together with an attractive range of wireless accessories.

The charger for the Viron miniRITE T R has a compact and contemporary design. It is delivered with a power cable, a power plug, and a USB connector. So, the charger can be connected to a power outlet near a bedside table, for example, but it can also be powered by other power sources provided they have a power level of at least 500 mA. A power bank may be another option during travels.

It is very easy to recharge the hearing aids. Instructions for your customers are as follows:

  • Remove them from your ears and insert them correctly in the charger. There is no need to switch the hearing aids off. They are turned off automatically when placed in the charger and the charging process is initiated.
  • The LED on the hearing aids will indicate when the charging process starts and when it is finished.
  • In the morning, simply remove the hearing aids from the charger and put them on your ears. They are automatically switched on and ready to use.

Or, have a look at the following video with your customers about how to charge the Viron miniRITE T R.

The rechargeable battery has a life time of approximately five years. There are specific instructions for you as a hearing care professional for how to change the rechargeable battery for your customers. These instructions are available in a double-page insert in the charger packaging and are also available in the Oasisnxt 2019.1 software.

Are your customers asking for rechargeable hearing aids with the latest technology? Then the Viron miniRITE T R is the ideal hearing solution. It is a brand-new hearing aid style – we look forward to your reactions.
